My bestest friend of four years is now hosting a contest! I'll give you all a link, but these are basically the rules:

The theme is for you to draw one of your OCs OR favorite characters from a show with a sailor moon type theme.

1. no bases; the reason i say no bases, is because, i believe that bases are unoriginal and i like originality.
2. no pervy stuff; idk who would submit a pervy (as in boobs or but sticking out) picture in this contest but if there are any who would submit one... i will kill you higuashi style... ok maybe not but i probably wont have it entered in the contest... (that goes for no penis too...)

3rd place: featured artist for two months and one requested pic my me
